Music

"The gift of music is one that everyone should be allowed to experience and have a chance to embrace. Having grown up around music my entire life, I have learned to express myself through this art form, turning the notes on the page into meaningful discourse. 

I believe that every student has great potential that is waiting to be unlocked and that everyone should have the chance to realize this within themselves. It is my job as a teacher to assist them on this journey and help them to realize their dreams. 

As a piano teacher, I strive to teach all my students not only the music on the page, but to inspire in them a love for piano and to set them up for a lifetime of enjoyment. Having taught for over ten years, I have had the chance to work with many students of all ages and watch many of them grow up, carrying music with them into every path that they have taken. 

Being professionally trained in the art of piano teaching, I believe that every student is different and as such, every class and curriculum is designed to meet the needs of each individual. I work with the student to help foster their strengths and abilities under structured guidance while allowing them to also explore their creativity. Helping each one build their confidence through music is what I work towards and watching them all excel is the cherry on top of the cake."
